The objective was to book more meetings and generate leads from IT companies running social media ads. The offer included a free audit of their existing social paid ads creative. The messaging emphasized the offer and the call to action prompted recipients to receive customized recommendations and book a quick meeting.

Execution

We sent 500-600 emails daily with a 3% positive reply ratio, resulting in 1-2 meetings booked per day. We used Apollo.io for data and Instantly.AI for outreach, sending emails during EST timezone working hours with 2-3 days gap between each email to the same recipient.

Result

Open rates exceeded 60%, with a 5% reply rate, and they booked meetings at a 0.5 to 1% rate.
